What counts as a credential?▾
One credential = one provider credentialed with one payer. If you need a provider enrolled with 3 payers, that's 3 credentials.
Can I buy more credits later?▾
Yes. You can purchase additional single credentials or packs at any time. Credits never expire.
What's included in the credential fee?▾
Everything: NPI auto-fill, CAQH import, application preparation, payer submission, rejection handling, status tracking, and continuous monitoring.
Do you handle Medicare and Medicaid enrollment?▾
Yes. We submit to Medicare (PECOS), Medicaid, and all major commercial payers in your state — all included in the flat fee.
Do you offer refunds?▾
We offer refunds for credentials that have not yet been submitted. Once a payer application is submitted, the fee is non-refundable because the work has been completed.
Do you offer custom pricing for large organizations?▾
