Do you handle Medicare and Medicaid enrollment?
Yes. We submit to Medicare (PECOS), Medicaid, and all major commercial payers in your state.
What happens if a payer rejects an application?
We identify the reason, correct the submission, and resubmit — all included in your credential fee.
Is CREDSClinic HIPAA compliant?
Absolutely. All data is encrypted at rest (AES-256) and in transit (TLS 1.3). We sign a Business Associate Agreement (BAA) with every clinic. See our HIPAA page for full details.
What provider types do you support?
We support all behavioral health provider types including LCSWs, LPCs, psychologists, psychiatrists, NPs, and MDs.
How does recredentialing work?
We track every expiration date and send automated reminders before they lapse. Recredentialing uses the same flat-fee model as initial credentialing.
