We run credentialing. Agents do the work; specialists supervise it.
CREDSClinic is a credentialing service built around AI agents. They verify every credential at its primary source, file with payers and chase the follow-ups. Credentialing specialists take the exceptions. Everything either of them does is written to a log you can read.

Why this exists
A provider who cannot bill is a cost, and the wait is mostly waiting.
A clinic that hires a new provider waits 30 to 90 days before that provider can bill a single insurance claim. In that window the provider sits partly or fully idle, and the clinic carries the salary without the revenue.
Very little of that time is spent on work. It is spent on the same documents being requested twice, the same data re-entered in a dozen payer portals, and follow-ups that nobody has time to make. A missed field becomes a rejection, and a rejection restarts the clock.
CREDSClinic was founded by healthcare operators who spent years watching providers sit idle waiting for insurance approval. The answer was not another portal for your staff to work. It was to put agents on the file: agents that query every primary source in parallel, submit to every payer at once and chase every follow-up without a queue, with credentialing specialists reviewing what the agents flag.

Who does what on a file.
Agents handle everything that can be settled from a primary source or a payer response. Specialists handle what cannot. Neither one acts off the record.

What we are, where we started and how we are paid. Nothing here that we would not put in a contract.
- What CREDSClinic is
- A credentialing service, not a piece of software you operate. AI agents run each provider file end to end and credentialing specialists supervise them. Your team hands us the provider and reads the log.
- Where it started
- Behavioral health, where payer rules vary by license type, state regulations differ widely and supervision requirements add documentation. The same agents, log and primary sources now cover every US provider type.
- Who is behind it
- CREDSClinic was founded by healthcare operators who spent years watching providers sit idle waiting for insurance approval. Our team brings deep, hands-on knowledge of medical board requirements, payer regulations, and hospital privileging standards across all 50 states.
- Where it runs
- Cloud-native on Microsoft Azure's HIPAA-eligible infrastructure. Provider data is encrypted at rest and in transit, every action is audit logged, and a business associate agreement is signed with every clinic.
- How it is priced
- Per credential, published on the pricing page. One credential is one provider credentialed with one payer, from $99.80. There is no subscription, and rejected applications are resubmitted at no extra cost.
- Mission
- To eliminate the administrative burden of provider credentialing so healthcare organizations can focus on what matters most: delivering exceptional patient care.
- Provider types we credential
- Psychiatrists
- Psychologists
- Licensed therapists (LCSW, LPC, LMFT)
- Clinical social workers
- Addiction counselors
- Nurse practitioners
- Medical doctors (MD) and osteopathic physicians (DO)
- Physician assistants
